  4. The exercises you shared in the video look pretty simple to do. Thanks for sharing them. I will surely give them a go. I have a little stomach now after giving birth to two children and I am not my regular size anymore. It would be great to be able to fit in my old jeans again.     The exercises are very simple! Make sure to check out my you tube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/Amazingmomsfitness
    I would highly recommend that you start with journalling your food intake either in a small book you carry in your purse or online.
    Use whatever method works best for you and you do consistently. Feel free to email your goals and your food log and I can get you started in the right direction!
